<p><strong>Indrediants:</strong><br />
Maize flour &#8211; 250 grams<br />
Salt &#8211; As per taste<br />
Salted Butter or Pure ghee &#8211; To Fry<br />
Warm Water</p>
<p><strong>How to prepare:</strong><br />
1. In a flat plate knead the maize flour along with warm water and salt properly till it becomes a soft dough.<br />
2. Divide the dough into equal parts and then make rolls of each part.<br />
3. On a kitchen platform,keep the roll between square polythene and start rolling with belan or start giving pressure with hand so as to give a shape of chapati(roti).<br />
4. Heat the tawa and once it&#8217;s slightly cooked turn it upside down and apply some butter of ghee and turn it upside down again.<br />
5. once it&#8217;s cooked properly from both the sides,serve it along with sarson ka saag and pickle.</p>

<p><strong>Indrediants:</strong><br />
Refined Oil &#8211; 1 tbsp<br />
Salted Butter or Pure ghee &#8211; 25 grams<br />
Mustard(Sarson) Leaves &#8211; 500 grams<br />
Spinach(Palak) Leaves &#8211; 250 grams<br />
Finely Chopped Green Chillies &#8211; 2<br />
Finely Chopped Garlic &#8211; 1/2 tbsp<br />
Finely Chopped Ginger &#8211; 1/2 tbsp<br />
Finely Chopped Onion &#8211; 1<br />
Salt &#8211; As per taste<br />
Lemon juice &#8211; 1/2 tbsp</p>
<p><strong>How to prepare:</strong><br />
1. Chop mustard(sarson) and spinach(palak) and wash properly.<br />
2. In a pressure cooker heat oil and then add mustard,spinach and green chillies and stir for some time(aprrox. 1-2 mins).<br />
3. Then, add a cup of water along with ginger and garlic with salt as per taste and stir well.<br />
4. Close the pressure cooker and let it get cooked for about 1 whistles.<br />
5. Allow it to get cool and remove the excess water.<br />
6. Grind the cooked mixture of leaves,green chiilies,ginger and garlic into rough paste.<br />
7. In a pan melt butter or ghee and add onion and let it turn into golden brown, then add paste and stir well till the time it starts leaving oil.<br />
8. Add lemon juice to it and stir once again. cook for about 2 more minutes.<br />
9. Garnish it with grated butter or cheese and serve with makki ki roti and definitely get compliments from your loved once.</p>
<p>My next recipe will undoubtedly be &#8220;Makki Ki Roti&#8221;.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
Full Cream milk &#8211; 1 liter<br />
Gajar or Carrot(Grated) &#8211; 1 kilogram<br />
Desi Ghee &#8211; 4 tbsps<br />
Sugar &#8211; 250 grams<br />
Cardamom Powder &#8211; 1/2 tbsp<br />
Sliced Almond &#8211; 50 grams<br />
Sliced Cashew &#8211; 50 grams</p>
<p><strong>How to prepare: </strong><br />
1. In a heavy base kadai or pan melt the desi ghee and on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes. stir fry the shredded gajar(Carrot) so that the water is evaporated and the color is slightly changed.<br />
2. simultaneously, in another bowl for about 10mins. boil the milk till the time it&#8217;s reduced to half.<br />
3. In little ghee or butter roast the dry fruits and keep them aside.<br />
4. Now, add milk to the the carrot and cook till the time it&#8217;s completely absorbed.<br />
5. After that add sugar,cardamom powder and half of the roasted dry fruits to it and stir well,cook for about 4-5 more minutes till the time it starts leaving ghee.<br />
6. Serve after garnishing with the remaining roasted dry fruits.</p>
